Among the list of thirty-five successful
applicants for admission to practice/law in
this State is noted the name of William -B.
Daly, a native of Smartsville, who received
hisfiret education in the schools of that
place, He was granted a certificate at a
teachers’ examination which was held in
Marysville, and afterward ruled for two
years over the echool in Yuba District. He
has been studying Blackstone in the office

Daly is but twenty-one years of age. He is
