Barney the above named plaintiff obtained a judgment and decree of foreclosure and sale against Jane Moore, J. B. Moore, John Kleiner, J.G. Peller, Chas. Olaine and Inga Olaine his wife, defendants, onthe I4th day of January 1899 for the sum of $476.66. That there is now due and owing tothe plaintiff from the defendants Jane Moore and J. B. Moore upon the pronissory note and for money expended under the terms of said mortage, as set forth and described in plaintiffs complaint, the sum of $300.00 principal with interest thereon to the date hereof amcunting to the ‘sum of $18.25 together with attorneys fees, provided in said mortgage, and fixed by the Court at the sum of $50.00, and the further sum of $88.71 paid by said plaintiff for taxes upon and to redeem suid mortgaged premises from sales for taxes, under the provisions of said mortgage, and amounting in the aggregate to the sum of $456.96 all in gold coin of the United States, and that the defendants Jane Moore and J. 8K.
