¢ ARTICLE 1.
Section 1. A Road Poll Tax of Three Dollars ($3) is hereby levied on each male person
over the age of twenty-one and under the age
of fifty-five Years found in exch or any Road
District in the county of Nevada during the
year 1895.
SeRcTION 2. It shail be the duty of the County
Assessor of the County of Nevada to Gollect the
Road Poll Tax of the Connty in the same matner that State Pell Tx xes are colié ted, between
the first day of Janurry, 1895, and the first day
of January, i896.
SecTion.3. This Ordiwance shall take effect
and. be in force on and after fifteen days from
the date of its adoprion. . :
