County of Nevada doe ordain as follows :
ARTICLE 1.
SEcTION 1, ‘ A'Road Poll Tax of Three Dollars ($3) is hereby levied on each male person
of fifty-five years found iw each: or any Road
Districtin the county of Nevada during the
year 18965.
SECTION 2. It shall be the duty of the County
Road Poll Tax of the Connty in the same man
ner that State Poll Taxes are colieted; between
the first day of January, 1895, and the first day . < —__
of January, i896.
SECTION 8,This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in foree on and after fifteen days from
the date of its adoption.
