4WFWHE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
: County of Neyad. do ordain as follows :
ARTICLE 1.
Section 1. A Road Poll Tax of Three Dollars ($3) is hereby levied on each male person
over the age of twenty-one and under the age
of fifty-five years found in each or any Road
Districtin the county of Nevada during the
year 1895.
SECTION 2. It shall be the duty of the County
Assessor of the County of Nevada to collect. the
Road-Poll Tax of the Connty in the same manner that State Poll Taxes are collected, between
the first day of January, 1895, and the first day
of January, i806.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force on ana after fifteen days from
the date of its adoption. —
