HE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
T OF NEVADA, do ordain as follows . ‘
Ordinance No. 76, regulating the public
health is hereby amended by the addition of
the following section ;, .
SECTION L
Every physician attendiu any case of diptheria, small pox, or any kind of contagious
or infectious disease within the City of Nevada, is hereby required tovreport the case
in writing to the Health Officer of said city,
whenever the same shall occur, and within
six hours after the nature of the disease is
Known to him ; atid it shall be the duty of
the Health Officer to see tnat the house
wherein any ‘syeh patient is so confined,
shall be quarantined, and a yellow flag
placed in a couspicuous place on the outside
thereof, as a warning that said premises are
infected. &
SECTION 3
A violation of any provisior f the f i

deemed a misdemeanor, and punishable in
the manner provided by law,
