due and payable weekly, and if not so paid

notice to pay up, shut off the water from the
premises or consumer,
Section 56. Water rates for the courthouse
are due and payable quarterly; irrigation
rates are due aud payabie in monthly installments of one-fifth of the rates when
taking water forthe season, otherwise payable monthly for water used. If not pai

PRection 57. A first-class hotel is understood to bea hotel containing not less than
79 beds, Second-class hOtels not less than 40
beds. Third-class hotels not less than 20
beds. Fourth-class hotels not le-s than 10

derstood to be a stable containing not less
than 25 horses. Second-class livery stables
not less than ten horses.

Section 59. No one ge y propérly authorized agent of the City shall turn on the water
to any place'or building. without a permit
from the water collector.
Section 60. In all cases the property to
which the water_ is supplied or furnished
shall be responsible for the payment. of the
water bill, and incase the same is not paid
in accordance with the prestaions of this
Ordinanee, the water collector shall cause
the water to be shut off from such property
until said bill is paid. f
Section 61. Each consumer of water shall
use the same economic :Ily and not permit
the same to be wasted, and should any consumer of water continue to allow the water
to be wasted, after notice from the jwater
collector, the water shall be turned off from
the preniises and shall not again be turned
on except by order of the water committee
of the Hoard of Trustees and the payment of
all eosts of shutting off and turning on.
Section 62. The Marshal, when reqnested,
sha)l accompany the Water Collector, for the
purpose of shutting off the water from the
premises of any one who_has violated any of
the provisions of this Ordinance or any Ordinance relating tothe Water Works.
