Mather Gets $ 20,000 to be Placed Near the Plumbage Mine. Through the efforts of Col. Mather 25,000 trout. have been secured to be placed in the Middle Yuba and the Plumbago dam. “They are for the benefit of the people and. they should thank Col. Mather. H. J. Davis and V.
