Col. Mather Gets $ 20,000 to be Placed
Near the Plumbage Mine.
Through the efforts of Col. Mather
25,000 trout. have been secured to be
placed in the Middle Yuba and the
Plumbago dam. “They are for the benefit of the people and. they should thank
Col. Mather. H. J. Davis and V. Buck
came down from the mine to take
them up. The Colonel had considerable trouble in getting them from the
Fish Commissioners.

Franklin, Lone Star and Goose Neck
mines in Willow Valley district. W.
