Passed Away.
Sarmas, July 28—News has just been
received here that Emil Lucia Anselmo, a little 12-year-old girl, met
with av awfal accident last Thursday
at Bonny Doon.: She was engaged in
building a fire at ber home and attempted to light the fire with coal oil,
and in some manner the burning oil
ignited her dress and she was soon enveloped in flames. Screaming, she ran
out of doors and her father, attracted
by her cries, hastened to her rescue
and tore the burning clothes from her
body. Everything possible was done
to save her life, but she passed away
last night in terrible agony.
