Court. of the county of Nevada, State
of California, mate on thé 10th day of
July, A. D. 1895, in the matter of the erstate of H. H. Cotton, deceased, the undersigned,
the administrator of the said estate, will sell at
private sale, to the highest bidder, for cash,
gold coin of the United states of America, and
subject to confirmation by’ said Superior Court,
all the ight title, interest and estate of the
said H. H, Cotton, atthe time of his death, and
all the right, title and interest tht the said estate has, by opera:ion of law or otherwise, acquired other than or in addition to that of the
said H. H, Cotton, at the time of his death, in
and to all that certain lot, piece or parcel of
land situate, lying and being in the said town of
Relief Hill, Nevada county, State of California,
and bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Being an undivided 44 intere t in the mine
known as “The Kelieft Hill Blue Gravel Mining
Claim,” commencing at a stake ov the East side
of Logan’s Canyon, Relief Hill, running West
magnetic two thousand six hundred and forty
(2640) feet to a stake marked Southwest corner;
thence North two thousand six hundred and
forty (2640) feet to a stake marked Northwest
corner; thence East two thousand six hundred
and forty (2640) feet to a ateke marked Northeast corcer, then two thousand six hundred and
forty Le ge feet to the p'ace of beginning.
