An ordinance to. provide Revenue—To Levy a City Road and Street Poll Tax for the year 1894 and 1895. MPHE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY of Nevada do ordain as follows > Section1. Thata City Road and Street Poll Tax of Three Dollars is hereby levied, for the fiscal year 1894-1895, ‘upon each méle inhabitant of the City of Nevada, over the age of 91 years aud under 50 years, for City Road ind Street purposes, which said Pol. Tax shall become due and become collectable on and after the firs' day of July, 1894, in the manner provided by law for the collection of School Poll Taxes. Section 2. The City Marshal of said City of } evada is herehy!made coliector of said tax, and shall c.llect the same in the manner provided by law, and upon the neglect or refusal of any person liable therefor to pay said tax, after demand, said Marshal must collect the same by seizure and sale of any peisonal property owned by such person.
