Sa New Machitiery at the Plumbago. The new air compressor plant at the Plumbago mine on the Middle Yuba river above Moore’s Flat is gradually nearing completion. Water power isto be used torun the compressors which are on the river 5000 feet from the mine and connected with it by ‘a pipe line.
An 80 horse-power boiler is to be stationed at the hoisting works. In this ithe air will be re-heated, at small cost. The boiler will be operated like any steam boiler, and will run the engines ‘on top and machine drills underground. ! For Public Administrator.
