Thiat'a City Road and’ street’ Poll Tax of Three Dollats is hereby levied, for the fiscal year 1895-1896, upon each male inhabitant of the City of Nevada over the age of 21 and under 50 years, for Gity Road and Street purposes, which said Poll Tax shall become . due aud become collectable on and after tne» first day of June 1895, in the maner provided by law tor the collection of School Poll Taxes Section 2.
