Section 53. For dynamos run by water power, '4 cent per hour for 16 candle power lamp. Seetion 54. The Water Collector shall have the authority in all cases to ascertain by proper urement the quantity of water u and fix the price 48 provided in Secs. 50, 51 anp 52 of this ordinance. Section 55. All water rates where not otherwise provided in this ordinance are the amountt to be charged for one week and are due and seyenie weekly, and if not so paid the Water Collector may, in his diseretion, after giving the delinquent consumer or owner of the premises one week’s written notice to pay up, shut off the water from the premises or consumer. Section 56. Water rates for the courthouse are due and payable quarterly; irrigation rates are due and payable in monthly installments of one-fifth of the rates. when taking water for the season, otherwise payable monthly for water used. If not paid within thé current month water may be shut off the same as that for domestic purposes. Section 57. A first-class hote] is understood to be a hotel containing not less than 79 beds, Second-ciass hotels not less than 40 beds. Third-class hotels not less than 20 beds. Fourth-class hotels not le-s than 10 beds. Section 58. A first-class livery stable is understood to be a stable containing not less . than 25 horses. Second-class livery stables not less than ten horses. Third class livery stables not less than six horses. Fourth class livery stables less than six horses. Section 59. No one excent properly authorized agent of the City shall turn on the water to any place or building without a permit from the water collector. Section 60. In all cases the property to which the water is eee or furnished shall be respousible for the payment of the water bill, and in case the same is not paid in accordance with the proions of this Ordinance, the water collector shall. cause the water to be shut off from such property until said bill is paid. Section 61. Each consumer of water shall use the same economic :lly and not permit the same to be wasted, and should any consumer of water continue to allow the water to be wasted, after notice from the water coilector, the water shall be turned off from the premises and shall not again be turned on ercept by order of the water committee of the Board of Trustees and the payment of. all costs of shutting off and turning on. Section 62. The ee cakal: when reqnested, shall accompany the Water Collector, for the purpose of shutting off the water from the premises of any ane who _ has violated any of the provisions of this Ordinance or any Ordinauce relating to the Water Works.
