of Nevada do ordain as follows:
Section 1. Thata City Road and Street Poll
Tax of Three Dollars is hereby levied, for the
fiscal year 1894-1805, upon each male inhabitans
of the City of Nevada, over the age of 21 years
aud under 50 vears, for City. Road and Street
purposes, which ssid Pol. Tax ghall become
dne and become collectable on and after the
firs! day of July, 1894, in the manver provided
by law for the collécti6n of School Poll Taxes,
Section 2. The City Marshal of said City of
* evada is herehy:made eoliector of said tax, and
shall ¢ llect. the same in the manner provided
by law, and upon the neglect or refusal of any
person liable therefor to’ pay said tax, after demand,. said Marshal must collect the same by
seizure and sale of any personal property owned

the provisions of Sections 3791, 3703, 8794, 3795.
