Seven heats were trotted in the race; also winner of the free-for-all stallion race at Grass Valley,in September, 1883, defeating Almont and Prompter handily. REVOLUTION is one of the grandest trotting sires on the Pacific coast, and has. shown trials in his work of 2:27. He is sure gaited, level headed, kind and gentle, and is asure foal getter.
