Said railroad shall cousist of a singletrack with all necessary turnouts and switches. ‘he rails shail be laid so as to offer no unn ary obstruction to travel and be flush with the surface of the street or highway. Said grantee shall during the term of this franchise keep in repair the p' rtion of the street or highway between its tracks and tor the space of two feet on each side thereof, with the same material used by tne city upon the streets over which the road runs respectively ;and with good crossngs. “SECTION 8.
