Nancarrow as Beauty, Miss Helen Cooper as Fame, Miss Martha Sims as Wealth and Miss Lillie White as ReWallace received great praise for their speaking. At the close of the exercises, after a liberal collection had the school banner to the class of Miss Clara Nancarrow, which was successful in raising the largest amount of money during the school, year.» . The school was reported as being in a’ that deathhad not thinned the ranks of the pupils and teachers. ; Died This Afternoon. Thomas Woon, died this. afternoon at her home on Spring street, while sitting in a chair. She had been sick’ three days, pnenmonia being the cause of death. Deceased was avery estimable lady, and well liked by all who knew her. She _ leaves three, grown children by a former busband namely: Mrs. ‘Thomas. Powell George of Brown’s Valley, besides two young daughters, Maud and Nina Woon. Her husband also survives her. i William Spargo of North Bloomfield is city is an aunt of deceased.
