over the age of twenty-one and under the age
of fifty-five years foind in eacly or any Road
District in the county of Nevada during the
year 1895. : ;
, SKCTION 2. It shall be the duty of the County
Assessor of the County of Nevada to collect the
Road Poll Tax of the Connty in the same man~
ner that State Poll Taxes are coliected, between
the first day of January, 1895, and the first day
of January, 1896, :

The Board of Trustees of the City of Nevada
do ordain as follows:
Section I, The fees of the City Marshal and
Policemen for all services performed in cases
arising out of t e breech of any City Ordinance
shall be, where a fine is collected, the sane as
are allowed by law to’ Constables in criminal
cases for like services,

“An ordinance granting to JAMES D
HAGUE, his successors and assigns the
right to place, ereot and maintain poles, wires
and other conductors for the transmission of
electricity for power purposes and to lay a pipe
or conduit for the purpose of tranemit ing wa'er
for power from @ point in the public highway
on the east boundary of the Kupire Mine, in
Grass. Valley township, county of Nevada;
thence westerly along the Ophir road to the eust
line of the townsite of South Grass Valley and
to executors, the privilege of operating aud
conducting sald power line and pipe line. The
Board of Supervisors of the county of Nevada
do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The county ef Nevada hereby
grants to JAMES -bD. HAGUK, his success
ors and assigns, the’ right and privilege
to place, lay, work maintain and operate on the
Ophir road from the east boundary of the Km
sire mine, westerly to the towasite of Grass
Vulley, poles, wires and other conductors for
the trausmiassion of electricity for power pur
poses and a pipe Iine to conduct water for
power purposes. =

and in such a manner as not to interfere with
travel upon said road, and said pipe line shall

ing poles or other supports for said wires or
conductors or SADA DS the same and for the
urpose of layiug ant maintaining said pipe
