Francis T. Maguire yguire Sr born at sea
ahd aged 75 years, died at Lowell Hill
yesterday of old age. He came around
the Horn in 1849 and mined till 1852 at
Redding, Oroville and this city, when
he removed to Lewell Hill. His wife,
who was & sister to Mrs. Thomas Mein
of Oakland and Mrs. Kate Skeahan and
Miss Jane Swift of this city, died sevwho reside at Lowell Hill, Bernard,
Francis and William. The funeral will
take place’ at Dutch Flat. tomorrow
afternoon and will be conducted by.
