The Board of Trustees of the City of Nevada
do ordain as follows:
Section I. The fees of the City Marshal and
Policemen for all services performed in cases
arising out of the breech of any Cit Ordinance
shall be, where a fine is collected, the same as
are allowed by Jaw to Constables in criminal
cases for like services,
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after the Tenth day of
January, 1895.
