do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1,
The City of Nevada hereby grants to Fane

which may, during the continuance of this
Franchise be adopted from time to time by the
Board of Trust*es of ssid City, end shall be
done to the satisfaction of said Board of Trustees.
SECTION 4,
Nothing in this Ordinance chal! be construed
as in any wise to prevent the proper authoritie
of said City of Nevada from doeeon. grading.

granted shall continue and be in force for the
