the following series of money, to-wit: One
Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) per day; or Five
($5) Dollars per week, or Ten ($10) Dollars per
quarter.
SECTION 8.
Any person doing any peddling as aforesaid,
without first procuring the license therefor
herein required, is hereby declared to be guilfy
of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined in a sum of not les than twenty
dollars, nor more than one hundred dollars, or
shall be imprisoued in the’ City Prison fora
term of not exceeding ten days.
