awarded (o the highest bidder.
Bids will be received by the Board for the
purchase of the said Fraschise upto 2 o'clock

the bid.

the decimal bidder the aforesaid Franchise,

Section 1. The City of Nevada hereby grants
to the Sunset Telephone and Telegraph Co., its
successors and assigns, the right and privilege to

have the rightto suspend and maintain upon
the poles placed by said grantee, its successors
