; ‘All persons before engaging in any peddling
referred to in Section 1 hereof, shall pay to the
City, for a license therefor, in advance, one of
the following series of money, to-wit: One
Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.60) per day; or Five
($5) Dollars per week, or Ten ($10) Dollars per
quarter.
SECTION 3.
Any person doing any peddling as elareaait
without first Wy here the license therefor
herein required, is hereby declared to be guilty
ofa misdemeanor, and by se conviction thereof
shall be fined in a sum of not les than twenty
dollars, nor more than one hundred dollars, or
shall be imprisoned.in the City Prison for a
term of not exceeding ten days.
