ORDINANCE NO. 58.
Section 2. It shall be the duty of
the owner of every tenanted building
within the corporate limits of the City
of Nevada, to construct and keep on
band a ladder of sufficient length to
reach the roof of said building, to be
used in case of fire.
Src. 3. Any person or persons who
shall fail to comply with the provisions of this ordinance shall on conviction thereof be fined in any sum not to
exceed one hundred dollars or imprisoned in the City Prison not to exceed
ten days.
