N ORDINANCE FIXING THE FEES OF
the City Marshal and Policemen for services in cases arising out of the breech of City
Ordinances.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Nevada
do ordain as follows:
Section I. The fees ofthe City Marshal and
Policemen for all services performed in cases
arising Out of the breech of any one Ordinance
shall be, where a fine is collected, the saime as
are allowed by law to Constables in criminal
cases for like services.

and be in force from and after the Tenth day of
January, 1895.
