Adjoining the building is a 80x48 foot

outside iethe wood and yards favorably situated. From said hoisting
works a shaft has been sunk, with
three compurtments, namely the pump

At present the shaft hae reached a

been extended 170 feet through good

of low grade ore, At 120 feet west of
thie shaft we connected this level wi.b
the 600-weet drift by a winze 6x5 feot,
which shows io both ende a ledge 5
feet wide of fair ore, which we are now
atoping. The 600 level has been ran
east 160 feet on ledge averaging 34

stoped outtothe 500 level, leaving a
ledge in the breast 8 feet wide, which
we are vow stoping. The 600 west is
extended 170 feet through ledge averaging 4 feet wide of good ore, and we
are still drifting abead to. cut the
Homestead chute, which is our richest
