Thrown By a Dog.
Carl Lane, the young son of Mr. and
Mre. Henry Lane, met with a serious
and what might have been a fatal accident last evening while riding hie bicycle on Commercial street. When he
reached Rosenthal’s store he struck a
dog, which was lying on the street, and
wae thrown a distance of ten feet,
landing on his head and shoulder on
the asphalt. Bystanders immediately
went.te the boy’s aésistence, and when
picked up he was unconscious and remained so during the night. This
morning the injared lad was somewhat
improved.
