the Fine Performance.
Norris & Rowe’s big trained animal
show drew a very large crowd last
night and all who appreciate the intelligence of animals enjoyed themselves greatly. The band played during the performance and during no
time was there any wait or delay. The
performing seals were a genuine novelty and won much well deserved applause. Near the close of the performance some very exciting chariot and
hurdle races were given. The closing
act was avery realistic fire scene in
which dogs and monkeys acted as firemea and policemen, handling the minjature fire apparatus with astonishing
skill. The bigh jumping by the
hounds’ was the best ever seen here
and took. the attention, of the dog
fanciers.’ Fargo, the small elephant,
performed his part perfectly, as did
also the ponies, dogs and monkeys.
Taken all in all it was the best show
