It Witt Begin Its Session Gues day, May 14th, Next Tuesday morning, May 14t, the grand Lodge of Odd Fellows will convene in Odd Fellows’ Hall, Market and Seventh streets, San Francisco. Th:re will be 640 delegates in attendance. ‘Ibe past yearhas been a very prosperous one for ‘the order, two new lodges having been instituted and 800 members initiated. The finances of the order have been increased $67,000 during the year.’ There are nearly 200 Odd. Fellows’ balls in California, representing an investment of $1,750,000, and investments in cemeteries amounting to * $175,000. The Odd Fellows Home at Thermalito has 120 aged and feeble members or deceased members’ widOws, who have all the comforts of home surroundings.
