Hill Gold Mining et al., and Grass Valley Gold Mining Company to quiet title to certain property. The complaint, which was filed in the County Olerk’s office today, avers that the plaintiff is the owner and possessor of the premises and mining claims in question. That on August 26d, 1894, defendant James Wishart made and delivered to R. D. Lawrey a mortgage for $7,600, with interest at 12. per cent. per annum, the property being in Grass Valley township. That on April 24th, 1896, R. D. Lawrey assigned the note and mortgage to the plaintiff, and on September 12th, 1896, a decree of foreclosure was granted, The plaintiff then bid the property in for $8,968.90. It has been ascertained that a wrong description was given in the different documents, hence the suit to*qulet title. Desirable Weather. The weather is all that can be desired both for health and business, Enough rain has already fallen this season to please the agriculturists of the county and plowing is an easy matter now. I persuaded him to try Electric Bitters, and he was soon much better, but continued their use until he was wholly cured. I am sure Electric Bitters saved his life.” This remedy expels malaria, kills disease germs and purifies the blood; aids digestion, regulates liver, kidneys and bowels, cures constipation, dyspepsia, nervous diseases, kidney troubles, female complaints; gives perfect health. It would be surprising if all concerned in that affair did not find their hearte beating with more than customary energy. There is hardly a soldier who has not felt a certain apprehension on going into a fight. Once in, however, the matter is likely to be different.
