Juvenile Partnerships in Violence and
CrimeToo Many for the New York Police.
Perhaps there is a no more impressive
exhibition of juvenile depravity to be
met with anywhere, in any city of the
Old or New World, than in the existence
and doings of the boy gangs of New
York. A sketch wll illustrate this statement with interest and force.
A few days ago, shortly after three in

wicked-looking boy scudded around the
corner of? Madison Avenue and ino
Twenty-fifth street—many a reader will
