HE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE City of Nevada do ordain as follows; Section 1. a Board of Health by Ordinance, as provided by section 3061 of Article V of the Politica) Code of the State of California, the health regulations for the City of Nevada shall be under the control and management of a Health Officer, who shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Nevada to hold said office at the pleasure of said Board, and for such salary or compensation as the Board of Trustees shall adopt from time to time. The Health Officer of the City of Nevada shall have @ general sup2rvision of all the mat ers appertaining to the sanitary condition of the city, aud make such rules aud regulations in relation thereto as are not inconsistent with law, and whenever necéssary shail have the Lay to perform any of the duties required by Article II] and IV of the Political Code of the State of California regulating health.
