OF THE GLENSHIRE MUTUAL WATER COMPANY wa feaee ey LS
1. The name of this corporation is:
GLENSHIRE MUTUAL WATER COMPANY
2. The purposes for which this corporation is formed
are:
(a) Primarily to engage in the specific business
of delivering waters solely to its shareholders at cost;
(b) To engage in the business of developing,
selling, distributing, supplying or delivering water for irrigation, domestic, commercial, industrial or recreational use, only
to owners of shares of stock in this corporation, at actual costs
plus necessary expenses, including the establishment of a reserve
sufficient to enable repair and replacement of the water system,
which shares of stock shall be appurtenant to certain lands described in the certificates issued therefor, and to define by
appropriate bylaws the service area of the corporation within
which the lands to which shares are appurtenant shall be located,
and to provide for the manner in which water shall be delivered
to and allocated among its shareholders;
(c) To collect and levy assessments upon all shares
of stock in this corporation, the amount of the levy and method
of collection of such assessments to be fixed as set forth in
the bylaws of the corporation, which may authorize the board
of directors to fix the amount of said assessments from time to
time and to make them payable at such times or intervals, upon
such notice and by such methods of collection as the directors:
may prescribe.
(d) To -have and exercise all rights and powers now.
