Bids to be made upon three tunnels—200 .
feet in length each, with 100 feet additional
at the option of the Company, at the same
price. The Company to furnish all supplies
at actual cost laid down at the mine. Tool }}
sharpening to be done at Company's ex"pense or as agreed. :
Tunnels to be 4 ft. x 44 ft. x 64 feet in
the clear and run as directed by the Com-}.
pany’s foreman and subject at all times to
his supervision. E
The Company reserves the right to stope
in any of the tunnels, while the work is in
progress, Ore and waste to be disposed’ of
us directed by the foreman. If timbering
is considered necessary by the foreman it is
to be done by the contractor under the
foreman’s direction, Company furnishing all
timber. )
The Company reserves the right to reject
any and all bids,
Board will be furnished at the company’s
boarding houses at $1 per day.
The work to be prosecuted by three
eight-hour shifts.

88 feec long at bottom and 32 feet at top, 3 feet
