Brady Convicted. The jury in the case of Jack Brady, the train robber and murderer, who was. tried at Marysville, brought in a verdict late yesterday afternoon, finding the defendant guilty of the murder of Sheriff Bogard, and fixing the penalty at imprisonment for life. ~ 0G —— Went Off the Grade, Yesterday afternoon while Henry Lane was driving to Marysville he tried to pas a wood wagon near Rough and Ready, of his horses shied and the team and buggy went off the grade. Lane was thrown under the buggy and sustained some slight injuries. One of the horses wrs badly hurt.
