feet in length each, with 100 feet additional f
at the option of the. Company, at the same
price, ‘Thé Company to furnish all sugplies
at actual cost laid down at the mine, Tool
sharpening to be done at Company's expense or as agreed. oe
Tunnels to be 4 ft. x 44 ft. x 64 feet in
the clear and rua as direcued by the Company’s foreman and subject at all times to
his supervision. :
The Company reserves the right to stope
in any of the tunnels, while the work is in
progress, Ore and waste to be disposed of
as directed by the foreman. If timliering
is considered necessary by the foreman it 1s
to be done by the contractor undcr the
foreman’s direction, Company furnishiag all
timber.
The Company reserves the right to reject
any and ali bids,
