WHEREAS, Application has been made.fora
franchise to erect and maintain poles, wires
and other conductors for the.tr nsmission of
electricity. for telepbone and telegraph puroses in and upon the streets, alleys. and pubic highways in the city of Nevada, and to exercise the privilege of operating telephones
within the said city, for a term of twenty-five
