will be in excess of its ordinary annual income,
The Board of Trustees of the City of Nevada do ordain as follows:
Section1. It is hereby determined by the
oard of Trustees of the City of Nevada, that
the public interest of the said city demands
the construction and acquisition of a public
sewer system for said eity.
Section 2. That the cost of the construetion and acquisition of said publie sewer
system will be too great to be Laid out of the
ordinary annual income and revenue of the
said city,
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published for three weeks in the Nevada City
