City Thustees Meet.
The City Trustees held a special
meeting last evening and received bids
for raising the granite cross-walks and
placing cement between the slabs, the
cement work’ to be two feet wide end,
‘eight inches thick.
The following were the bids: J.
Huy, 75 cents per square yard; J.
Gross, 70 cents; T. L. Coffey, 50 cents;
0. V. Organ, 35 cents; and Fred Geiger,
85 cents, ‘Trustees Galt, Peard and
_ Hill were appointed a committee to
award the contract. The City Attormey was ordered to draw plans and
specifications in accordance with which
the work will be done,The License Committee and City Attorney were ordered to interview the
City Marshal in regard to the collection of delinquent licenses and report
at the next meeting of the Board.
