This section applies to all machines of this character without regard to the kind of coin, check or (ther substance or article dropped in the slot of said machine, and whether said machine is played for cigars, iquors, merchandise or other article. SECTION 2—The City Marshal shall have the collection of the license provided for by ths ordinance, and it is hereby made peal to collect the same, and if any pareve required to take out a license under the provisions of this ordinance fails, refuses or neglects to take out such license, the City Marshal shall direct the City Attorney to bring suit inthe name of the City of Nevada against such person for the recovery of such license, and in such case the City Marshal may make the necessary affidavit for, and a writ of attachment may issue, without any bond being of .recovery by the plaintiff, Twenty-rive Dollars damages must be added to the judgmen’ and costs to be collected from the defendant.
