Strange Disappearance.
an Employe of Robert Latta
Leaves Without Yuck Ado.
Eugene Gray, who has been em. ployed at Robert Latta’s livery stable,
on Broad street, is missing, and the
attending circumstances are somewhat strange. Mr. Latta went to
Marysville the first of last week}.
and left Gray in charge of the stable.
The livery man returned from the
> valley town late last Saturday night.
Sunday morning Mr. Latta went to
his place of business and after waiting awhile took a look around the
premises. The horses had all been
attended to, and everything seemed to
be all right. He then made a search
for Gray, but he could not be found,
and nothing has been heard since as
to his whereabouts. Re
The missing young man has been
in the employ of Mr. Latta for some
time and had always been faithful
and attentive in the discharge of his
duties.
