One of the front wheels of the wagon collapsed, and Guillaume was thrown to the ground ‘with considerable force.’ His left leg was badly . bruised. The horses made no attempt to run away, — -_ Arrested For Battery. ‘ Charles Campbell, an employe at King & . Wolford’s sawmill, was, arrested yesterday on a charge of battery. The complaint was * nade by Joaquin Lopez, better known as Joe King. Campbell was arrested by Constable Dillon, and upon appearing before Justice Holbrook he plead guilty. He will be sentenced this evening. .
