From here the road makes a gentle eircle . around to the southeast and joins the main turnpike or wagon road which it follows to Grass Valley, passing up Majin street and down Mill street to a point in front of the Auditorium, which is the present termifius of the road. The route is very picturesque one and. the grades of the roadway are quite gentle, a uniform eleventh-grade being followed in its construction. In the center of the Traction Company’s property at Glenwood, and connegted with the main line is a spur track 6f switch to be used when the cars pass each other. This point is about half way nie Nevada City and Gfass Valley and it is intended that the cars will leave both cities at the same time and meet at this switch orturn-out. This spur track is connected with the car-house with three branch tracks, one of each leading to the three large entrances of the building. Inthe building the three tracks are excavated underneath and the space will be used by employes in cleaning and repairs. The excavations:are quite roomy, being eight eet in the clear. The car house itself is quite a structure, being 109 feet in iength and 47 feet wide, and is constructed of corrugated fron.
