Mrs. E. J. Shepherd of Oakland, DeCalifornia’ and Nevada, W. R. ©., arrived here on the 9:45 o’clock train

addressed the lodge at Odd Fellows
hall at 2 o’clock end wili devote her
time to a thorough and lucid review of

the disguished visitor will be the guest
of honor at a reception to be tendered
her at the home Of Mrs. I. L Bowman,

The report of County Treasurer H:J. Wright for September has been
filed and corresponds with the books
of Auditor F. L, Arbogast. It shows
that the previous -alarce in the
_ treasury wes $68,263 81; that $1486 83
were psid in during September, making $69,700.64 in-all. The amount paid
out during September was $9,246.02
Balance now on hand, $60,454 62.
