J. Thomas, J. J. Ott, L. P. Schmidt and others, and which is situated on Sweetland creek, in Bridgeport township. The claim is an extension of the Bosg mine, and is regarded as a valuable property. All that is needed is to fit ,it up with proper machinery and other facilities for handling and milling the ore economically. Huntington, and the only source of supply now and for many years last past supplying said City and its inhabitants thereo! with water, is imperfect, the pipes, mains and laterals are corrodeg and clogged with rust, and do notextend to all parts of the City or supply all the inhabitants thereof with water. : \ Third: Because in case of emergency, fire, ete., there isa wholly inadequate supply and insufficiency of pressure of waterfor tlie needs and requirements of said City, and that by no mean, other than the acquisition of the aforesaid property, rights and things, and the con struction and completion of said public water works, as hereinbefore set forth can gaid City and its inhabitants be prcperly supplied.
