Colonel Callahan, the well-known mining
‘man, has purchased the mine lately owned
by Hon, R. J. Thomas, J. J. Ott, L. P.
Schmidt and others, and which is situated
on Sweetland creek, in Bridgeport township.
The claim is an extension of the Bosg mine,
and is regarded as a valuable property. All
that is needed is to fit ,it up with proper
machinery and other facilities for handling
and milling the ore economically.
The company represented by Colonel
Callahan will put up Huatington mills and
begin practical work without delay.
