Rev. J. W. Phelps, pastor of the}

attend the annual couference. It is
hoped by the church people, and in
fact the whole community, that the

for another year at least. During Mr.
Phelps’ residence in this city he has
endeared himself not only to his: congregation but to the people in general.
He ie decidedly the ablest and most
