Homestead Entry No. 6102 made by EK. SteVens Oct. 12, 1892, covering the S.E 1-4 of ‘Sec.
30, Tp. 17, N., R. 10 E., alleging that the said E.
B. Steveas had totally abandoned said land as
& place of residente for more than six months
prior to said 29th day of June, 1895, and asked
that a hearing be hai to determine the facts.
And whereas this office did on the 13th day
of July, 1895, issue a citation commanding the
said Sievens to appear and show cause why
said entry should not be canceled.
And whereas it appearing by the return made
by the said contestant that the said Stevens cannt be found within said County or District and
asking that san alias citation be is-ued for service by publication, posting and by registered
mail.
