Section 28. The members of the Legislature
shall receive, in full payment for their services,
the.sum of one thousand ($1,000) dollars, and
mileage not to exceed ten cents per mile, and
for contingent expenses not to exceed twentyfive dollar-; foreach session, to, be paid out of
the public treasury. No increase in compensetion or mileaye shall take effect during the
term for which the members of either house
shar have been elected, and the pay of no atfache shall be increased after he is elected or
appointed.

Tax of Three Dollars is hereby levied, for the
fiscal year 1894-1895, upon each male inhabituns
of the City of Neyada, over the age of 91 years.
